We ship in discreet and secure packaging to ensure that all orders arrive safely at our customers’ doors.
Processing Times:
- All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after the order is placed, regardless of the postage selected.
- During sales and new product releases, the volume of orders may extend processing time by an additional 7 business days.
Shipments: Delivery and the Risk Of Loss
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in your order confirmation.
Damage Due To Freight Or Shipping
All our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery, please check your order carefully to ensure there was no damage during shipping. If there is damage, claims must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Contact us at sales@dispensary.fun with your order number, a detailed description of the damages, and any relevant photos. We’ll take care of it from there!
Compliance:
Products will be shipped in full compliance with all hemp laws and will include a Certificate of Analysis. This certificate ensures that everything in the shipment contains less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC, adhering to both state and federal hemp regulations.
